About the role
The Senior General Manager will provide strong commercial leadership for a growing visitor attraction business operating sites in London and the North‑West of England. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new products and experiences, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple attractions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead commercial development and growth strategies for all sites.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations and oversee multiple teams across locations.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets, controlling P&L and improving margins.
- Develop and implement sales, pricing and promotional strategies.
- Identify innovative revenue opportunities and champion continuous improvement.
- Line‑manage two direct reports and indirectly supervise the operational delivery team.
- Coordinate with third‑party providers, monitor performance and drive enhancements.
- Set and communicate KPIs aligned with overall business objectives.
Profile
- Extensive experience in leisure, hospitality or visitor attractions.
- Proven track record in commercial business management, business development and budget control.
- Strong operational understanding of attraction sites.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for decision‑making.
