Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creative production function within our Marketing team. This fast‑paced retail environment role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on design delivery, ensuring our brand and campaigns shine across every customer touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Lead adaptation and production of retail marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, e‑commerce, email and in‑store channels.
• Provide art direction and creative oversight to maintain visual consistency.
• Design assets for websites, digital ads, social media, CRM campaigns, product launches and promotions.
• Create motion graphics, animations, video assets, infographics and other branded content.
• Produce and adapt in‑store POS materials, window graphics, signage, displays, packaging and other collateral.
• Prepare print‑ready artwork and manage supplier specifications.
• Develop internal communications, training materials, presentations and employer branding assets.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, printers and production suppliers.
• Support new store openings, events, partnerships and brand activations.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates and asset libraries.

Required profile

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in retail, consumer, e‑commerce, agency or in‑house brand environments.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and commercial focus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high‑volume creative work.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Motion design capability using Adobe After Effects.
• Video editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Solid understanding of print production processes and digital design.
