Senior Group Reporting Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Group Reporting Manager to join a high‑performing finance team in Warrington. Working on a hybrid basis, you will report to senior leadership and act as the primary liaison between UK and international finance teams, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly reporting, including actuals and forecasts.
• Manage and coordinate the month‑end close process.
• Serve as the main contact between UK and international finance teams.
• Build strong relationships with corporate finance stakeholders.
• Support senior finance leadership with reporting and analysis.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Contribute to cost‑saving projects and broader business initiatives.
• Provide support on transformation and M&A‑related activities as required.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong financial reporting and accounting knowledge.
• Proven experience managing reporting cycles and month‑end processes.
• Confident engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Hyperion (reporting system) – advantageous.
