Senior Group Risk & Healthcare Administrator

About the role

The Senior Group Risk & Healthcare Administrator will join the Employee Benefits team of a leading wealth‑management consultancy. Based in Weybridge, you will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, overseeing Group Risk contracts and related benefits such as Group Life, Disability Income Scheme (DIS), Private Health Insurance (PHI), Personal Medical Insurance (PMI) and critical illness cover.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive administration support to consultants to retain and grow existing client accounts.
• Administer and monitor Group Risk policies, ensuring accurate documentation and timely renewals.
• Liaise with insurers to negotiate preferred terms and conditions.
• Attend client meetings, gather requirements and draft recommendation reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross‑selling opportunities and support new business development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in group risk, employee benefits or related insurance administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client‑focused attitude.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently while supporting a team.
