Senior Growth Marketing Executive

About the role

As a Senior Growth Marketing Executive at char.gy, you will drive utilisation of our EV charging network through data‑led customer marketing. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of acquisition, activation, utilisation and retention, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver local marketing campaigns for new network launches and existing contract areas, turning commitments into targeted acquisition actions.
• Develop and execute customer growth plans, creating CRM journeys that increase driver acquisition, activation, utilisation and retention.
• Own campaign delivery from planning through execution, measuring performance and continuously optimising.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Product, Technology and Data teams to communicate updates, pricing changes and service improvements.
• Build and maintain the Insight‑to‑Action framework, turning behavioural data and feedback into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor KPIs such as network utilisation, new driver acquisition and revenue per driver, producing clear reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience planning, delivering and optimising digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Experience using customer segmentation and personalisation to improve performance.
• Excellent project management skills handling multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset focused on measurable business outcomes.
