Senior GTM Specialist (Mandarin) – Reading

About the role

We are looking for a Mandarin‑speaking Senior Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Specialist to join our Reading office. You will lead end‑to‑end product launch initiatives for smart‑home hardware, bridging our China headquarters with European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design market entry strategies and develop comprehensive product launch plans, including pricing, channel and promotion timelines.
• Analyse UK/Ireland market demand, identify differentiation points and build competitive benchmarking models.
• Produce sales toolkits such as USP guides, comparison sheets and user‑case libraries.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources across R&D, supply chain, marketing and sales to ensure seamless GTM execution.
• Develop and deliver product training materials covering technical parameters and scenario‑based sales guides.
• Collaborate with HQ on product localisation, firmware updates and packaging compliance.
• Monitor product KPIs (ratings, return rates, sales volume, market share) and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Conduct product reliability testing and provide pre‑sales technical proposals and post‑sales troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in smart‑hardware GTM roles with full participation in at least two product launches.
• Proven experience working across time zones (China HQ and European markets).
• Strong analytical, self‑learning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken).
