Senior House Manager for UHNW Clients

About the role

Silver and Bow, a leading independent property management firm, is looking for a polished Senior House Manager to oversee a portfolio of exceptional private residences for ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients across Central London and the Home Counties. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless, discreet service delivery and long‑term property stewardship.

Key responsibilities

• Lead relationship management for 5‑10 UHNW client households, delivering monthly reports and weekly updates.
• Supervise on‑site service teams, including maintenance engineers, housekeepers, and security personnel.
• Develop and manage planned maintenance schedules and annual property budgets.
• Project‑manage reactive, cyclical and ad‑hoc works, handling contractor tendering and client recommendations.
• Coordinate homecoming preparations and act as the dedicated client liaison during visits.
• Assist with line‑management, recruitment and HR matters for household staff as needed.
• Support senior leadership with new business proposals and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as a House Manager in a private household or family office.
• Proven experience in a UHNW, client‑facing environment.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities, comfortable meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, professional presentation and calm under pressure.
• Proactive attitude with genuine ambition to grow within the role.

• Competitive salary of £70,000‑£80,000 per year plus bonus and benefits.
• Full‑time permanent contract, Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑17:30.
