Senior Housekeeper – Luxury Private Household in Notting Hill

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Housekeeper to join a fully staffed private household in Notting Hill, supporting a well‑established residence. You will work alongside a dedicated housekeeping team, maintaining the highest standards across a beautiful, high‑end home.

Key responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of high‑end interiors.
• Handling fine fabrics, antiques and delicate furnishings with expert care.
• Managing laundry, ironing and wardrobe organisation to a high standard.
• Restocking and organising household and cleaning supplies.
• Preparing rooms ahead of family use or guest arrivals.
• Collaborating closely with the wider household team to ensure seamless operation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior housekeeping role within a luxury private residence.
• Knowledge of specialist cleaning products and techniques.
• Understanding of how to care for luxury fabrics, finishes and furnishings.
• Discretion, professionalism and a collaborative team spirit.
• Willingness to work a shift pattern with at least one weekend off per month.
• Availability for 6‑8 weeks of travel during school holidays.
