About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our EMEA team as a Senior HR Advisor. Based in Milton Keynes, you will work in a hybrid model, supporting a large, global organisation across the UK and European jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Employee Relations casework and provide guidance on employment law.
- Lead workforce planning and recruitment initiatives.
- Drive EDI, wellbeing, reward and benefits programmes.
- Support HR business partners in strategic projects.
- Collaborate with a large HR team across two UK sites.
Required profile
- Well‑established HR professional with generalist experience in the UK and Europe.
- Strong knowledge of Employment Law and HR practices outside the UK.
- CIPD qualified.
- Background in manufacturing, distribution, engineering or similar environments.
