Senior HR Advisor

About the role

We are partnering with a long‑established travel business to create a flexible Senior HR Advisor position. The role can be structured as a full‑time split between Mid‑Kent (Maidstone) and London, or as two part‑time job‑share posts, offering genuine flexibility across two locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee‑related matters, handling absence, disciplinaries, grievances and performance management.
• Lead investigations, hearings and note‑taking processes, and manage long‑term absence and return‑to‑work cases.
• Maintain accurate, compliant employee records and promote best practice in HR processes.
• Support employee well‑being and engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.

Required profile

• Credible and approachable HR professional with solid experience in HR advisory.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and internal HR policies.
• Proven ability to manage employee relations casework and investigations.
