Senior HR Manager – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term (Creative Agency)

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing creative agency shaping the creator economy, is seeking a Senior HR Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will combine strategic insight with hands‑on execution to build inclusive, future‑focused people processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end HR operations, including onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll support, HRIS administration and policy management.
• Maintain and update HR policies to ensure compliance with UK employment law and evolving business needs.
• Manage HR systems and provide accurate data for headcount, turnover and workforce trend reporting.
• Lead employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, fostering a culture of recognition, inclusion and continuous development.

Required profile

• Proven HR leadership experience in a fast‑paced creative, media, agency or high‑growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR compliance and policy frameworks.
• Experience supporting US employee relations and working with Employer of Record (EOR) providers for international staff.
• Exposure to global people operations across Europe and MENA regions.
• CIPD qualification (Level 7 preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
