Senior IAM Business Analyst – Privileged Access Management (Banking)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading international financial services organisation that is undertaking a major transformation of its Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities. This senior contract role focuses on strengthening Privileged Access Management (PAM) governance and delivering sustainable identity processes across a highly regulated enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for PAM initiatives, driving governance and remediation.
• Capture and document business and functional requirements.
• Design As‑Is and To‑Be processes using BPMN.
• Produce high‑quality functional specifications for technical delivery teams.
• Collaborate with security, IAM, infrastructure and business stakeholders.
• Support role‑modelling, RBAC, access reviews and recertification.
• Develop user guides, quick‑reference materials and training documentation.
• Assist with testing, implementation and business adoption.
• Perform impact assessments and identify business risks.
• Define pragmatic solutions balancing governance, security and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as an IAM or PAM Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of IAM principles and PAM governance.
• Hands‑on experience with highly regulated environments, especially Financial Services.
• Proven stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
