Senior Identity Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Identity Consultant to lead enterprise identity transformation programmes for our clients. The role involves designing and planning Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity solutions on a six‑month contract, working remotely with occasional site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design workshops with customers, partners and internal delivery teams.
• Shape practical approaches for Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity programmes.
• Advise on forest and domain migrations, consolidations, separations, coexistence and cut‑over planning.
• Assess current‑state environments, including trusts, DNS, OU structure, Group Policy, delegation and security baselines.
• Produce technical documentation, migration plans and delivery‑readiness artefacts.
• Facilitate customer workshops and communicate complex identity concepts to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Extensive consultancy experience in identity and access management projects.
• Strong stakeholder communication and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proven background working with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity environments.

What we offer

• Salary £60,000‑£75,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
• Benefits package.
• Remote/home‑based work with occasional travel to UK sites and the Bristol office.
• Six‑month full‑time contract.
