Senior Implementation Consultant – Pharmacovigilance / Safety Systems

About the role

Veeva is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to join its Safety Professional Services team. You will lead the implementation of the Vault Safety solution for life‑science customers, driving innovation in drug safety and pharmacovigilance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive rapid configuration and implementation of Vault Safety for life‑science clients.
• Act as project manager and/or solution architect across all phases – workshop delivery, requirements gathering, gap analysis, configuration, validation, and training.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on SaaS implementation methodology and best practices.
• Collaborate with implementation partners and internal cross‑team stakeholders.
• Mentor project teams and junior consultants while contributing to the growth of the Safety practice.

Required profile

• 5+ years in the life‑sciences industry, primarily in Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance or related safety fields.
• 3+ years in technology consulting, delivering complex or global SaaS implementation projects as a consultant, analyst or project manager.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS implementation methodologies and a proven record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and adapt quickly to change.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and fluency in a second language (Italian, Spanish, French or German).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; willingness to travel as required.
