About the role
Do you have solid freight forwarding experience and are looking for a fresh challenge? Join a rapidly expanding freight forwarding company where you will have the opportunity to progress and advance your career. You will become a vital part of the operations team, delivering excellent customer service to both large brands and smaller SMEs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage import shipments from start to finish, including tracking goods to the UK.
- Complete customs entries and arrange haulage for all shipments.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Required profile
- Previous import forwarding experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good IT knowledge.
- Driven, with a can‑do attitude.
What we offer
- Salary between £25,000 and £30,000 per year (depending on experience).
- 23 days of holiday.

- Paid overtime at time and a half.
