Senior Industrial Designer (Consumer Electronics)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Industrial Designer to join our Central London studio and shape premium consumer electronics products. You will work from concept sketches through rapid prototyping to production‑ready solutions, collaborating with global Marketing, R&D, Engineering and Manufacturing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create innovative product concepts, prototypes and presentation models that push the boundaries of design.
• Translate consumer insights and user needs into manufacturable, high‑quality products across multiple categories.
• Apply DFM/DFA principles and work closely with suppliers to ensure timelines, quality and flawless execution.
• Develop accessory ecosystems, peripherals and visual assets such as graphics, labels and layouts for international markets.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a high‑performing creative culture.

Required profile

• 6+ years of industrial design experience in consumer products or consultancy.
• Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design or a related discipline.
• Strong sketching, visual communication and understanding of UX, ergonomics and human‑centred design.

Required skills

• Advanced 3D modelling with SolidWorks, including complex surfacing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• High‑end visualisation using KeyShot and/or Cinema 4D.
