Senior Information Security Analyst – ISO/SOC2

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to lead audit and compliance activities for a global AI workforce management leader. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week on‑site at our Barbican office, and candidates must be eligible for UK Security Clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and conduct internal audits across ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA, Cyber Essentials and related frameworks.
• Prepare teams for external audits and manage the end‑to‑end audit process.
• Monitor changes in compliance standards and ensure continuous alignment.
• Support the Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC) with incident monitoring and response.
• Develop, maintain and update security policies, procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of audit and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, Cyber Essentials, GDPR and DORA.
• Hands‑on experience with internal and external audits and compliance assessments.
• Experience using CSOC tools, e.g., Rapid7 InsightIDR or other SIEM solutions.
• Relevant certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Cyber Essentials Assessor, or equivalent).
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance.
