Senior Insight Analyst – Data & Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Insight Analyst to join a fast‑growing, international organisation operating in premium consumer markets. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will turn complex commercial and customer data into clear, actionable recommendations that shape strategy and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse commercial and customer datasets to generate insights that influence strategic decisions.
• Develop robust Excel models for forecasting, scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Create high‑quality board‑level presentations and narratives.
• Collaborate with CRM, marketing, growth and finance teams to investigate business questions.
• Support decision‑making through data‑led storytelling and insight delivery.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience in analytics, insight or strategy.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, comfortable presenting to senior leaders.
• Problem‑solving mindset focused on delivering business impact.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel modelling.
