Senior Insolvency Administrator

About the role

As a Senior Insolvency Administrator within FRP Group's Restructuring Advisory team, you will lead the management and progression of complex insolvency cases, including administrations, CVAs and liquidations. You will work closely with managers, insolvency practitioners and a wide range of stakeholders to ensure statutory compliance and maximise asset recoveries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases (CVLs, MVLs, Administrations) under supervision.
• Draft routine correspondence, statutory documents and professional reports.
• Liaise with managers, practitioners, creditors, employees, directors and other stakeholders.
• Maximise asset realisations and pursue cost‑effective recoveries.
• Attend creditors’ meetings and site visits, preparing supporting documentation.
• Complete statutory tasks and formalities within deadlines using diary systems and checklists.
• Respond to creditor queries, agree claims and process distributions.
• Prepare fee analyses and investigation reports concerning directors’ conduct.
• Carry out investigations and identify when legal advice is required.
• Maintain client confidentiality and ensure full case compliance.

Required profile

• Previous insolvency experience with a solid understanding of case progression and legislation.
• GCSE English and Mathematics grade B (7) or equivalent, preferred.
• Highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using IPS insolvency software.
• Familiarity with FRP in‑house systems.
