Senior Interface Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Interface Administrator to join the Interface Team at WTW in Redhill. This hybrid role involves overseeing the processing of client contribution files and ensuring they meet service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and check work completed by other administrators.
• Complete processing of contribution and data files within agreed standards.
• Train, support and mentor junior associates.
• Monitor data‑file processing to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
• Serve as the senior point of reference for technical issues and non‑standard processing.
• Build and maintain technical, procedural and client knowledge.
• Identify opportunities to improve client service and communicate findings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high service levels.
• Promote teamwork by sharing knowledge, ideas and solutions.
• Provide an efficient, professional service to meet client needs and uphold the WTW brand.
• Act as a contact point for clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong numerical accuracy.
• Effective time‑management and ability to organise and prioritise workload.
• Enthusiastic approach to getting things done.
• Problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Previous experience of mentoring or supporting junior staff.
