Senior Interior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our growing design team in London. The role focuses on high‑end hospitality projects, including luxury hotels, resorts, wellness centres and spa environments, delivering sophisticated and commercially successful interiors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of luxury hospitality, wellness and spa projects from concept to completion.
• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, space planning and presentation materials.
• Produce detailed design documentation, construction drawings and specifications using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers throughout all project phases.
• Prepare FF&E packages, material selections and finish schedules.
• Review technical drawings to ensure design intent and quality standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to achieve successful delivery.
• Present design concepts confidently to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior designers within the studio.
• Stay informed on industry trends, materials, sustainability and innovations in hospitality and wellness design.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of professional interior design experience, with a strong portfolio of high‑end hospitality projects.
• Proven experience designing luxury hotels, resorts, wellness centres or spa environments.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing, building regulations and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
