Senior Internal Auditor - French Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Senior Internal Auditor to join a Fortune 200 manufacturing business. The role is based in Windsor (3 days on‑site, the rest remote) and reports directly to the Audit Manager. It involves extensive international travel, up to 50% of the time, with frequent trips across Europe and several long‑haul journeys to Australasia, Asia or the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audit assignments across global sites, assessing risks, controls, and business processes.
• Analyse financial statements, IT systems, and operational metrics to ensure compliance with corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with audit teams in the UK, Chicago, Brazil and Hong Kong to deliver consistent audit findings.
• Prepare clear audit reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Support the development of the internal audit function as the business expands.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) currently working in external audit, preferably at a Top‑10 practice.
• Desire to transition into internal audit.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
