Senior Internal Auditor (French-Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Senior Internal Auditor to join a well‑established mid‑size organisation in the industrial and manufacturing sector. The role focuses on evaluating and strengthening internal controls, risk management, and compliance across financial and operational functions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial and operational controls.
• Identify, evaluate and recommend mitigation strategies for risks.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement audit recommendations.
• Assist in developing audit plans and programmes tailored to organisational needs.
• Monitor corrective actions and report on their progress.
• Serve as the primary contact for French‑speaking stakeholders and international teams.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Professional accounting or auditing qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIA) or equivalent experience.
• Proven internal audit experience within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of risk management practices and internal control frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
