Senior IT SCM Technical Lead / PM

About the role

This 6‑month contract role sits at the heart of a multi‑year supply‑chain and ERP transformation programme spanning Commercial, Manufacturing and Customer Service & Logistics across several European markets. You will lead the technical delivery and programme management from design through cut‑over, go‑live and hyper‑care, acting as the main liaison between business operations, IT and external delivery partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee ERP migration activities, including data migration strategy, master‑data governance, system integration and cut‑over planning.
• Design and implement zero‑disruption cut‑over windows, downtime protocols and contingency plans with plant operations teams.
• Coordinate integration of ERP with WMS/EWM, TMS, demand‑planning and MES solutions.
• Partner with 3PL and logistics providers to align their systems and processes with programme timelines.
• Ensure all system changes meet GMP, food‑safety and other regulatory requirements in manufacturing environments.

Required profile

• Career started in manufacturing, plant IT or supply‑chain operations with hands‑on experience.
• Proven ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions for production lines, warehouses or customer order flows.
• Strong credibility within manufacturing environments; not a pure transformation consultant.

Required skills

• SAP (PP, MM, WM, EWM) and ERP migration expertise.
• Data migration, master‑data governance and system integration.
• Cut‑over planning and hyper‑care execution.
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/EWM) and Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Demand‑planning and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• GMP and food‑safety compliance knowledge.
