Senior Key Account Manager – North West London

About the role

The Senior Key Account Manager (MS) will be the face of Novartis’ customer experience approach in North West London. You will build deep, value‑based relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to drive compliant sales growth and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive competitive sales growth by identifying and prioritising high‑potential customers through data analysis.
• Engage in value‑based conversations (in‑person and virtual) to understand customer challenges, decision drivers and opportunities.
• Personalise and orchestrate customer engagement journeys using preferred channels and available content.
• Develop and maintain relationships with opinion leaders and top medical influencers at the territory level.
• Gather deep customer insights, translate feedback into actionable plans and share insights with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate compliantly with cross‑functional teams to design solutions that address unmet customer and patient needs.
• Report technical complaints, adverse events or special case scenarios within 24 hours of receipt.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management or senior sales roles within the pharmaceutical or medical sector.
• Strong ability to build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and opinion leaders.
• Data‑driven mindset with the capability to analyse customer data and prioritise accounts.
• Commitment to ethical, compliant and patient‑focused business practices.
• Excellent communication skills for both in‑person and virtual engagements.
