Senior / Lead Allocator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior / Lead Allocator to join our fast‑growing fashion business. In this role you will own the allocation and replenishment process, ensuring the right products reach the right stores at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead allocation and replenishment of stock across concessions and standalone stores.
• Monitor sales performance and stock levels to identify opportunities and maximise availability.
• Raise supplier purchase orders and manage deliveries through to completion.
• Coordinate samples for e‑commerce photography, buying meetings and fit sessions.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, distribution centres, stores and internal teams.
• Provide commercial feedback on product performance and future ranges.
• Support, coach and develop junior Allocators.
• Use data and reporting to make informed stock decisions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in allocation, merchandise administration, or a similar merchandising role.
• Strong analytical ability and a commercial mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
• Confident communication across multiple departments.
• Proactive attitude with attention to detail.
• Experience mentoring or supporting team members is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
