Senior Lead – Global Markets Data Program Management

About the role

Citi is seeking a Senior Lead to drive large‑scale, cross‑functional data programmes within its Global Markets division. Based in London and part of the Markets Program Execution team, you will shape strategic direction, align senior stakeholders and turn complex data into actionable decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic data initiatives across Markets, Finance and Technology.
• Translate complex data findings into clear narratives for senior leadership.
• Define high‑level requirements and produce documentation bridging business needs with delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional planning, prioritisation and escalation of project deliverables.
• Champion adoption of data solutions and ensure alignment with firm strategy.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert on data within the Markets domain.
• Identify, escalate and manage programme risks and issues.

Required profile

• Proven programme delivery experience in financial services, especially within matrixed organisations.
• Deep knowledge of Capital Markets products and the trade lifecycle across Front, Middle and Back Office.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written communication skills for creating executive‑level narratives.
