About the role
We are recruiting on behalf of a respected international charity seeking a Senior Legal Advisor to become its most senior legal professional. Reporting to the CEO, you will provide strategic legal advice across governance, compliance, risk management and international operations, acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and board‑level stakeholders. The role offers a hybrid working model and direct influence on the organisation’s governance and strategic direction.
Key responsibilities

Required profile
- Significant legal advisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of governance, compliance and legal risk.
- Experience advising boards and senior leaders.
- Ability to translate complex legal matters into practical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
