Senior Lettings Consultant – Property Lettings

About the role

David Astburys is seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Consultant to join its vibrant team in Crouch End, London. You will play a pivotal role in delivering first‑class service to landlords and tenants while supporting the agency’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process.
• Register prospective tenants, conduct property viewings and negotiate offers.
• Coordinate hand‑over of successful applicants to the compliance team for referencing.
• Arrange flat preparation and schedule move‑ins.
• Maintain accurate records using the agency’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Full, clean driving licence.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a target‑driven, team‑oriented environment.
• Good knowledge of lettings processes, industry regulations and current laws.
• Motivation to pursue further professional training and qualifications.

Required skills

• CRM software proficiency.
