Senior Lettings Manager

About the role

Connells is seeking an experienced lettings leader to take charge of its Winton residential lettings branch in Bournemouth. As Senior Lettings Manager you will drive performance, growth and long‑term success while upholding the company’s values and high service standards for landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and retain a high‑performing lettings team.
• Oversee day‑to‑day lettings operations, including valuations and listings.
• Drive market share, compliance and outstanding customer service.
• Identify and nurture future leaders within the branch.
• Ensure financial targets are met and report on performance.

Required profile

• Proven management experience in residential lettings.
• Strong people‑leadership with coaching and development capability.
• Track record of delivering results in a target‑driven environment.
• Organised, resilient, numerate and detail‑focused.
• Full UK driving licence.
