Senior Lettings Manager – Stratford

About the role

Bairstow Eves, part of the Connells Group, is seeking a Senior Lettings Manager to lead its Stratford branch. You will be responsible for driving performance, growing market share and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing residential lettings team.
• Oversee day‑to‑day lettings operations, including valuations, listings and tenant placements.
• Generate new business and meet revenue targets in a competitive market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and local property professionals.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven managerial experience in a senior lettings or estate agency role.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people‑management capabilities.
• Track record of delivering excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑focused.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
