Senior Lettings Negotiator – Bristol

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our award‑winning Romans team in Bristol. The successful candidate will lead the lettings portfolio, grow the property register and deliver a first‑class experience to landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new letting business, winning instructions to expand the branch’s property register.
• Assist the Branch Manager in maximizing branch profitability.
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing professional advice and support throughout the letting process.
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and ensure smooth hand‑over to the property management team.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a lettings negotiator, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a motivated team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the UK residential lettings market.
• Negotiation and sales techniques.
• Customer service orientation.
