Senior Lettings Negotiator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our award‑winning residential lettings team in Upminster. You will work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment where performance is recognised and genuine progression opportunities are available.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out rental valuations and secure new landlord instructions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective clients.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to applicants.
• Match prospective tenants with suitable rental properties.
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and terms between landlords and tenants.
• Generate new business opportunities and contribute to branch targets.
• Manage enquiries efficiently to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Support and guide junior colleagues as a senior team member.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential lettings.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and delivering results.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Professional, confident and proactive attitude.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
