Senior Lettings Negotiator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our Barnard Marcus team in Putney. This position offers a fast‑paced, rewarding environment with industry‑leading training and a clear path for career progression in residential lettings.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Qualify and service new applicant enquiries.
• Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
• Negotiate offers and guide lettings through exchange and completion.
• Administer tenancies with support from the team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the letting process.

Required profile

• Previous estate agency experience as a Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent.
• Proven ability to generate business in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer care and service experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
