Senior Lettings Negotiator

About the role

FindCore is recruiting a Senior Lettings Negotiator for an independent property company in Middlesbrough. This permanent, office‑based position will focus on expanding the residential lettings portfolio and strengthening landlord relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of residential lettings properties.
• Generate new landlord instructions through prospecting, networking and business‑development activity.
• Conduct rental market appraisals and advise landlords on rental values.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and progress tenancies to move‑in.
• Collaborate with the Property Management team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.
• Provide guidance on lettings legislation and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in residential lettings.
• Proven track record of winning landlord instructions and generating new business.
• Strong knowledge of residential lettings legislation and compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Self‑motivated, commercially minded and target‑driven.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.

• Basic salary from £27,000 (negotiable) plus uncapped commission.
