About the role
Join a prestigious estate agency in Brentford as a Senior Lettings Negotiator/Lister. You will drive lettings and property listings for the Brentford office, working on a competitive salary plus commission and car allowance.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate lettings agreements and secure rental contracts for residential properties.
- List new properties, prepare marketing materials and manage online listings.
- Generate new business through prospecting and client relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records in the agency’s property management system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximise occupancy rates.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator with a strong track record in lettings and listings.
- Ambitious, results‑driven and able to work independently.
- Must own a car for client visits and property inspections.
- Full‑time availability for onsite work in Brentford.
