Senior Liability Adjuster

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Liability Adjuster to join the Specialist Liability Division of an international loss adjusting practice. The role will manage a mixed portfolio of personal injury and third‑party property damage (TPPD) claims across the South East, working on a hybrid schedule with regular attendance at our London office.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, investigate and settle personal injury and TPPD loss claims independently.
• Prepare detailed loss reports and liaise with medical, legal and technical experts as required.
• Manage client accounts, providing regular updates and maintaining strong relationships.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an external liability adjusting role.
• Ability to handle the full range of liability losses without supervision.
• Residency within the South East of England.
• Formal qualifications such as ACII are preferred but not essential.
