Senior Liability Adjuster – London

About the role

We are looking for two experienced Senior Liability Adjusters to join our team in London. You will manage a diverse portfolio of employer, public and product liability claims across Greater London and the South East, acting as the nominated adjuster for key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and manage employer (EL), public (PL) and product liability claims, including personal injury and TPPD matters.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence and evaluate liability.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, legal representatives and insurers.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Liaise with internal legal and underwriting teams to ensure compliance with policy terms.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a liability adjuster at a senior level.
• Strong knowledge of employer, public and product liability insurance.
• ACII qualification preferred but not essential.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Based in London or willing to work on‑site in the Greater London area.
