Senior Litigation & Arbitration Paralegal Coordinator

About the role

Larbey Evans, a boutique international litigation law firm, is looking for a Senior Litigation & Arbitration Paralegal Coordinator to lead a team of four paralegals in its London office. The role combines team management with hands‑on preparation of legal documents, research and case file maintenance. You will work within a hybrid model, four days on‑site and one day remote.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate paralegal workflow and liaise with HR for recruitment, including CV screening and interviews.
• Manage probation periods, oversee performance, collect feedback and conduct mid‑ and end‑probation meetings.
• Monitor ongoing performance, identify training needs and deliver training where appropriate.
• Draft correspondence, disclosure requests and responses, and prepare bundles for hearings.
• Conduct document reviews using platforms such as Relativity.
• Identify relevant legislation and case law using Westlaw and other research tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years paralegal experience in arbitration or litigation.
• At least 2 years experience in a coordinator, team‑leader or supervisory role within a law firm.
• Proven experience in document management and case file administration.
• Ability to manage a small team and handle performance reviews.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Relativity document‑review platform.
• Proficiency with Westlaw legal research database.
• Strong document management capabilities.
