Senior Management Accountant

About the role

Fin Search Ltd is recruiting a Senior Management Accountant for a private‑equity backed business in Leeds. The position is permanent and operates on a hybrid model (2 days in the office, 3 days remote). Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will deliver accurate and insightful financial information to support confident decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Own the consolidated monthly management accounts.
• Prepare statutory financial reports.
• Produce high‑quality financial analysis and commentary.
• Conduct variance analysis with detailed explanations.
• Deliver ad‑hoc monthly reporting for stakeholders.
• Manage and develop a small finance team.

Required profile

• ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified.
• Proven experience in a management accountant or financial reporting role.
• Background in fast‑paced, dynamic businesses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
