Senior Management Accountant

About the role

This is a hands‑on Management Accountant position within a fast‑growing UK business. You will own the monthly management accounts while driving improvements in reporting, processes and commercial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and own the monthly management accounts.
• Improve and automate reporting packages.
• Refine complex Excel models and analyse large data sets.
• Develop and embed robust finance processes.
• Provide insightful financial information to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with the finance leadership team to shape the future finance function.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Management accounting experience in wholesale, retail, distribution, manufacturing or another product‑based environment.
• Proven ability to work in a rapidly changing, high‑growth organisation.
• Resilient, pragmatic and comfortable questioning existing ways of working.
