Senior Manager, Core Presales Solution Consulting

About the role

The Solution Consulting organisation at ServiceNow is a key part of the sales ecosystem, delivering high‑impact customer engagements. As Senior Manager for the Core Presales team focused on Telco, Media & Technology, you will shape strategy, build capability and drive execution across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Presales Solution Consultants to deliver relevant demos, proofs of concept and business value documentation.
• Develop repeatable processes that ensure discovery of customer technical and business challenges.
• Partner with regional sales managers to prioritize opportunities and allocate resources effectively.
• Maintain a recruiting pipeline and coach team members toward their professional goals.
• Design and roll out training curricula aligned with evolving sales demands.
• Monitor performance through direct observation, peer and sales feedback, adjusting resources as needed.
• Support marketing and demand‑generation initiatives with presales expertise.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in presales or solution consulting, preferably within Telco, Media or Technology sectors.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop talent and manage recruitment pipelines.
• Excellent collaboration with sales, marketing and product teams.
