Senior Manager, Data Analytics

About the role

As Senior Manager, Data Analytics you will own the data analytics delivery that underpins multiple payment performance products. You will act as a strategic partner to engineering, product and design leaders, providing insight‑driven direction and building data products that measure success and ROI. This senior leadership role involves managing a team of product data scientists and analytics engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the data and analytics strategy for the product vertical, delivering end‑to‑end insights and data products.
• Set the standard for product measurement and insights, ensuring rigorous ROI measurement for the payment performance suite.
• Design and maintain clean, cost‑efficient data architecture and reliable pipelines.
• Build and develop a high‑performing team of data scientists and analytics engineers.

Required profile

• Multi‑year experience leading data science, product analytics or data engineering teams.
• Proven track record implementing measurement systems, experimentation and causal inference.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• AI‑forward mindset with experience applying generative AI to productivity and product analytics.
• Experience managing and developing product‑focused data scientists and engineers.
• Core analytics expertise with SQL, Python, data modelling/engineering and applied statistics.
• Preferably background in payments, fraud detection or cost optimisation within fintech.
