Senior Manager – KOL & External Engagement Platforms

About the role

The Global Capability Owner for KOL & External Engagement Platforms will lead product execution and delivery within Jazz Pharmaceuticals' Customer Operations team. Reporting to the team lead, you will act as the primary product owner for a worldwide capability, shaping strategy and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product delivery for KOL and external engagement platforms on a global scale.
• Partner closely with Tech Leads, development squads, Activation teams and external vendors to translate priorities into functional solutions.
• Define and communicate capability vision, strategy and measurable goals.
• Collaborate with users, stakeholders and technical teams using discovery and delivery practices to validate solutions.
• Ensure all solutions meet enterprise standards, regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Required profile

• Significant experience in product ownership or senior product management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Deep understanding of KOL and external stakeholder engagement processes.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with technology, commercial and operational teams.
• Track record of leading global capability initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
