Senior Manager - Market Strategy & Delivery

About the role

As a Senior Manager you will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales and Operations, driving alignment and execution of Liberty’s go‑to‑market strategy. Working closely with Finance, Marketing and regional teams you will ensure collections reach the market with clear pricing, robust forecasting and strong commercial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market process across channels, aligning product development timelines, sales cycles and market requirements.
• Lead seasonal wholesale sales and stock forecasting in partnership with Sales and Finance, informing commercial targets and strategic decisions.
• Develop and manage price lists and pricing architecture across categories and markets, ensuring consistency, competitiveness and margin optimisation.
• Support international market expansion by adapting go‑to‑market strategies to regional requirements and identifying growth opportunities.
• Act as the central point of coordination across Product, Sales and Operations, establishing clear processes, timelines and accountability to deliver key milestones.

Required profile

• Proven background in business strategy, commercial planning or consulting, preferably within fashion, retail or consumer goods.
• Strong wholesale experience with a solid understanding of end‑to‑end go‑to‑market processes.
• Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, pricing architecture and commercial analysis.
• Exposure to international markets and ability to adapt strategies to regional needs.
