Senior Manager – Multi‑Item Trips

About the role

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Multi‑Item Trips business unit. In this role you will own a portion of the P&L, drive revenue and margin improvements, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver superior traveler and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the P&L for the Package and Multi‑Item Trips business units.
• Analyze key business metrics, generate performance insights, and identify growth opportunities.
• Recommend and prioritize investments across product, loyalty, performance marketing, pricing optimization, and global market expansion.
• Coordinate and lead cross‑functional initiatives with Marketing, Product, Technology, Supply, Advertising, Servicing, and Corporate Functions.
• Scope solutions, manage project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of results.

Required profile

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a structured, results‑focused approach.
• Proven track record of sophisticated data analysis and insight generation.
• Strong project‑management experience, able to scope and deliver complex initiatives.
• Collaborative demeanor with a history of successfully leading cross‑functional teams.
