Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy

About the role

Checkout.com is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy to lead the end‑to‑end execution of its global pricing strategy. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will act as deputy in their absence and own projects from inception to delivery, influencing senior leadership across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, refinement, and governance of product pricing frameworks across all product verticals.
• Drive alignment between Commercial, Product, and Finance teams as the primary lead for establishing pricing and discounting structures.
• Manage pricing competitor intelligence and continuously optimise frameworks with data‑driven recommendations.
• Develop scalable internal frameworks and playbooks to accelerate speed‑to‑market and maintain operational efficiency during global expansions.
• Implement advanced tools and robust processes, leveraging AI where applicable, to ensure agility and rigorous governance in product rollouts.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial experience in the payments industry within a fast‑paced B2B environment.
• Proven track record designing, drafting, and launching complex global pricing strategies and structural frameworks.
• Exceptional project‑management mastery handling large‑scale, multi‑departmental initiatives under tight timelines.
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey complex pricing models to senior leadership.
• Highly autonomous, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and driven to shape a rapidly scaling global blueprint.
