Senior Manager – Property

About the role

We are recruiting a Senior Manager for the Property tax team of an award‑winning Chartered Accountancy firm in the City of London. The role is client‑facing, working with a diverse portfolio of property owners, investment groups and real‑estate funds to deliver high‑quality tax advice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax advice on property‑related matters including structuring, group reorganisations, interest deductibility and international tax.
• Lead tax due‑diligence projects and advise on tax structuring for acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures.
• Review tax provisions in sale‑and‑purchase agreements, including warranties and indemnities.
• Manage a small portfolio of large property clients, ensuring service excellence and identifying tax‑efficient opportunities.
• Oversee billing, work‑in‑progress and line‑manage junior staff, supporting their development.
• Contribute to business development by representing the firm at networking events and growing the property tax practice.
