Senior Manager, Quality Assurance (EMEA)

About the role

Hasbro is seeking an experienced leader to head its EMEA Quality Assurance team. You will be the technical voice for product safety and regulatory compliance across Hasbro and licensed products, ensuring the highest safety standards in every market.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Hasbro in industry and standardisation bodies such as TIE, TA, ATPA, BTHA, FJP, AFNOR, CEN and ISO.
• Lead and develop the EMEA QA team, setting technical direction and interpreting regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes across EMEA, assess exposure and lead engagement with industry associations.
• Own the Regional Regulatory Change Management Process to implement new requirements on time.
• Develop compliance strategies for complex markets, including distributor territories and the GCC region.
• Partner with global QA licensing leadership to define and operate licensing compliance processes.
• Support global development teams by translating requirements into product specifications and certification programs.

Required profile

• 8+ years in product regulatory or compliance roles, with leadership experience across multiple markets.
• Deep knowledge of worldwide toy safety standards and legislation, including REACH and the General Product Safety Regulation.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end regulatory change processes.
• Practical understanding of consumer product safety testing requirements.
• Proven ability to represent a business with trade associations, regulators and market surveillance authorities.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
