Senior Manager, Strategic Planning

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Planning to drive focus, momentum and operational excellence within our Marketing organisation. Working closely with the CMO and Marketing leadership, you will shape strategy, planning and execution across a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a small team to translate business priorities into clear marketing plans, goals and roadmaps.
• Run the Marketing operating rhythm, including planning cycles, leadership meetings, business reviews and goal tracking.
• Own the annual marketing budget by function and region, driving alignment and governance.
• Improve operational excellence by structuring processes, documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, manage dependencies and unblock issues under tight deadlines.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Commercial, Data and People teams to ensure alignment and progress.
